Do You Accept Walk-Ins?
Walk-ins are welcome; however, availability is not guaranteed. We strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your experience.
How Old Do You Have To Be To Play?
Our minimum age requirement is 14 or older. An adult must accompany anyone younger. Depending on the game and circumstances, we may make exceptions.
How To Cancel Bookings?
If something has come up and you cannot make your bookings, please let us know at least 24 hours before your booking. Your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before.
How Many People Can Play At Once?
Submarine Deep Down: 3-8 Players

Is It Okay If We Are Late?
We always recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes before your booking. We may deduct time if you are 15 minutes late to your booking. If you are 30 minutes late, it will be marked as a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.
Are Your Rooms Scary?
Our escape rooms The Crypt and Zombie Bunker, have darker or creepier themes, but they’re not meant to be scary like a haunted house, just an immersive atmosphere that adds to the fun.
